The tender office of Euromed Pharma (Petrone Group) is responsible for the administration of every phase of participation to the proclamations of public supply published by the public administration.

The phases range from the analysis of the proclamations published by the contracting entity to the final completion of the contest with the forwarding of the documentation of the offer.

In detail, the tender office takes care of:

• Preparing and arranging the documentation needed for the participation to the proclamations presented;
• Analyzing the reference market of each of the tendered lots
• Making analysis and formulating price offers:
• Administrating, archiving and updating the contracts of award decided with the different contracting entities;
• Interacting on a daily basis with the public administration regarding tender matters
