Pharmahouse Ltd. will provide Petrone Group holding with a stronger foothold in the European market, enabling it to respond more effectively to the needs of its clients across the world. The acquisition will increase business opportunities for both Pharmahouse Ltd. and Petrone Group. As a Group Company, Pharmahouse Ltd. will also be able to expand the portfolio of services it offers, ultimately under the Euromed brand.
